Ruhama Shitrit is an Israeli-American recipe developer and content creator who shares authentic Middle Eastern recipes across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube through her brand RuhamasFood.

Drawing from her Iraqi and Moroccan heritage, Ruhama creates both traditional and modern interpretations of Israeli and Mediterranean cuisine. Her cooking style emphasizes family, cultural connection, and cooking from the heart - values she's passionate about passing down to her four children.
