Juicy Chicken Kebabs
Juicy, golden-baked chicken kebabs blended with fresh herbs and spices, topped with tahini and sumac—an easy, healthy dish your family will adore!

Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 420F / 220C
- 2.In a food processor add the green onions, garlic cloves, zucchini, and a handful of parsley and cilantro. Pulse it 2-3 times.
- 3.Add 2 pieces of chicken breast and pulse twice.
- 4.Add 2 more pieces of chicken breast and pulse again.
- 5.Add the rest of the ingredients and all the seasoning. Pulse it 2-3 times to get a unified mixture.
- 6.Using wet hands, make oval shape kebabs from the chicken mixture and place them on a baking pan. You should get about 30 kebabs.
- 7.Spray avocado oil on top of the kebabs and sprinkle flaky salt.
- 8.Bake in a preheated oven on 420F for 25 minutes, then transfer to convection broil on 450F for 7-8 minutes to get a nice golden color.
- 9.Serve it on a nice plate with a drizzle of tahini, fresh herbs, and a touch of sumac.
